A contemporary sculpture is timeless…
The artist models the object with expert hands.
At least from the 3rd millennium BC, bronze material has been used. Although technological advances are changing the world, the technical basis to make a sculpture in bronze has not changed. Mixture from copper and tin (to be classified as bronze, according to the legislation, there should be 60 to 80% of copper), the bronze is timeless and keeps its quality and freshness.
The contemporary artist is able to associate the ancestral know how and the recent technologies. This savoir faire includes the cast technique, as well as the control of the surface corrosion of the metal which makes it possible to give it this popular patina – very popular in the XVIII-XIX and early XXth centuries.
An original sculpture in bronze is a work of art. It is numbered and is a limited edition.
