For 3 generations, in the heart of the Basque mountain (located in the South West of France), the small Banca aquaculture farm breeds exceptional trout. These trouts are claimed by the best chefs, at the best tables.Among the most beautiful trouts, some weigh up to 5 to 7 kgs and have a marvellous skin.
In an eco-responsible concern for the optimizations of animal resources, the Goicoechea family, owner of the aquaculture farm, has dreamt to valorise, such as we already do with precious skins, the trout skin.
The colours embellish specific and unique grain of the skin…dark grey, brick red, taupe and mat black.
