For an exceptional service
For a foreign decorator, we made two exceptional service trolleys tables. This service trolley, handcrafted by a French cabinetmaker, is a true tribute to the elegance of the Empire style (early 19th century), popularized under the reign of Napoleon I.
Made of solid beechwood with a rich stain, it features a balanced oval shape, resting on four fluted and tapered columns that reflect the neoclassical inspiration of the era. The two-tiered design is equipped with polished brass gallery rails to secure items during transport. Solid brass side handles ensure ease of movement, while discreet casters allow for smooth mobility.
The decorative gilt-bronze ornaments, especially the ram’s head motifs, are directly inspired by Imperial iconography and ancient Roman art—symbols of strength and authority—while also enhancing the piece’s decorative appeal. Finely engraved brass friezes run along the contours, adding a refined and classical touch.
The artisan is the last cabinetmaker to make these type of trolleys tables. They enthrone, amaze and give the service a unique character. They participate in offering an unforgettable experience to guests of palaces and luxurious hotels or residentials. Two types of trolleys have been made for this client : oval service trolley table and beverage trolley table. Their size: 113 x 71 x 83 cm.
